Omni Warrior Fitness offers a variety of workouts for all fitness levels, designed to be done at home and cater to busy schedules. Our workouts are complemented by Scripture-based teachings, prayer, and meditation to foster spiritual growth.

Our program is uniquely customizable. Choose to workout between 3 and 5 times per week for either 20, 30 or 40 minutes based on your goals and schedule.

Our diet regimen is also incredibly customizable based on your goals and how quickly you want to lose fat, gain muscle or both. The diet plan ranges from not restricting any food to a stricter regimen designed to shed fat quickly. You have the freedom to choose, both are effective, just at different rates.
